Her Heart Beats True

There was a Cute Little Old Lady at the plant shop today... She was waiting to pay for her plant and Big A struck up a conversation with her.  This is pretty much how it went:

Big A- Nice red white and blue neckerchief!

CLOL- Why, thank-you!  I just love anything red white and blue! You should see my house- if it's red white and blue I have to buy it!  Even if it's $10.95!

Big A- That's very nice.

CLOL- My husband says I have too many red white and blue things, and now we're trying to sell the house, so, you know, people don't like clutter- you have to put everything away these days when you show people your house.  So I don't have everything out right now, but I can't get rid of it.  It makes me so happy!  And if I see anything else red white and blue I tell him, I'm going to buy it.  Doesn't matter how much it costs!!
