Motorcycle

I went on my first ride of the summer last night.  I ride on the back, usually on a trip that ends with ice cream.  I like going at twilight... I like the light, right before the sun is about to set..  And I like being the passenger.  You get to see things- like the woman and old man putting a wooden bed frame in the back of a pick-up, the kids making out in a car parked alongside a gas station, the stained, velour upholstered furniture decorating someone's front porch.  And I like the smells- there are lots of great, musty, damp summer-night kinds of smells...
